At Bessemer Trust, the Compliance Executive Assistant will provide seamless administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and members of the Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the CCO and other designated Compliance members.
- Support service provider due diligence process, including scheduling due diligence visits, managing due diligence calendar, requesting and tracking reporting, and managing related communications.
- Manage Compliance calendar and reporting of task completion.
- Coordinate and schedule Compliance training activities and assist in the completion tracking.
- Support committee and Board meetings, including coordination of agendas, preparation of meeting materials, and IT coordination.
- Process transaction requests and invoices, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and timely processing.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations or reports provided to key governance committees and/or senior management.
- Maintain organized and current Compliance files and records, including important Compliance and regulatory correspondence.
- Participate in special projects and provide administrative support for Compliance initiatives, audits, regulatory examinations, filings, and process improvements as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 4–6 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant directly supporting a Division or Department Head of a mid\-size/large private or public sector firm.
- Compliance experience and/or familiarity with regulatory requirements strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast\-paced environment with accuracy and efficiency.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters.
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and follow\-through.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team\-oriented environment.
- Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom), document management systems, and electronic signature tools; ability to quickly learn firm\-specific systems and applications.

Qualifications
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 \- $100,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) program with a generous profit\-sharing contribution, medical, prescription dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability coverage; paid holidays; vacation; and sick time, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
