As the collective voice of more than 19,000 members, the Directors Guild of America (DGA) helps empower directorial teams to protect and enhance their creative and economic rights and strengthen their ability to develop meaningful, successful careers. The DGA's members include Directors, Unit Production Managers, Assistant Directors, Associate Directors, Technical Coordinators, Stage Managers, and Production Associates, who work in feature films, filmed, taped and live television, commercials, and documentaries. What You’ll Do
The Reports Compliance (RC) Representative provides assistance to members, producers, or studios to ensure compliance with the Basic Agreement, and performs a variety of compliance and collection functions.
The DGA is a five\-day\-per\-week, in\-person workplace. Essential duties \& responsibilities:
- Parse incoming DGA compliance documents
- Process reports including Employee Data Reports, Weekly Work Lists, and Gross Earnings Reports; pursue missing reports and revisions.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments on the processing of DGA compliance documents
- Effectively plan, organize, and manage information
- Perform processing and data entry functions
- Compile and prepare weekly statistical reports for management review
- Other duties as assigned
- Three or more years of Entertainment Industry, Labor Relations, and or Collective Bargaining experience.
- Three or more years of clerical or administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to exercise discretion and communicate concisely, effectively, and tactfully with all levels of management, studio representatives, members, and colleagues
- Ability to take direction from more than one supervisor in an environment where constructive feedback is encouraged
- Ability to work well within a team environment by holding yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity.
- Solid math and computation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail\-oriented and self\-motivated.

- Ability to multi\-task and meet deadlines.

- Positive attitude
- Typing 50wpm
- Undergraduate degree or a combination of five years of education and experience
- Documentum experience a plus
- Demonstrate proficiency in PC operating systems, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, OneDrive) What You’ll Get:
