Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Operations Support Assistant to work directly with leadership and help support daily operational and administrative functions. This role requires someone who is detail\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks throughout the day.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and helps keep processes organized and running smoothly.
Duties
- Manage, organize, and analyze data using Google Sheets, including creating reports, using formulas, and building pivot tables
- Manipulate and transform datasets to support reporting and operational insights
- Perform data entry and data management within spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assist with pulling reports and organizing operational data
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes and workflows
- Work within GoHighLevel CRM, including importing data, managing records, building workflows, and supporting backend operations
- Assist with client invoicing and CRM\-related administrative tasks
- Provide general administrative and operational support across projects
- Stay organized while handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Take initiative in identifying what needs to be done to keep operations running efficiently
- Anticipate needs and proactively support ongoing projects and workflows
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential)
- Ability to create clear and structured SOP documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment with varied responsibilities
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and ability to take feedback well
- Self\-starter who is proactive and able to identify tasks that need attention without constant direction
