About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive assistant to support a growing real estate and property management business on O‘ahu. This role includes property inspections, vendor coordination, administrative support, and occasional personal assistant tasks. Ideal for someone who wants hands‑on real estate experience and long‑term growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management Support
- Conduct property inspections, check‑ins, and check‑outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors
- Review tenant ledgers and owner statements
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and building managers
- Maintain key logs and property inventories
- Manage emails, scheduling, and follow‑ups
- Maintain organized digital files
- Complete data entry and basic accounting tasks
- Track ongoing projects and deadlines
- Reliable transportation \+ clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Own computer \+ reliable internet
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Interest in real estate (preferred)
- Direct mentorship in real estate and property management
- Optional sales mentorship track after 90 days
- Increased compensation once licensed
- Exposure to leasing, listings, contracts, and operations

Contract Details
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and filings.
Job Types: Part\-time, Temp\-to\-hire
Pay: $1,550\.00 \- $1,750\.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
