Bookkeeper
Our company is currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team! The mission of the bookkeeper is to allow company leadership to achieve the highest level of financial visibility by keeping all books, accounts, and billings up\-to\-date and accurate. This is not a remote position.

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Conduct account analysis and bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting and financial report writing
- Provide support for tax\-related activities
- Handle technical accounting tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Utilize 10\-key typing skills for data entry
- AR, AP, and Payroll data entry and processing
- Financial data collected and entered as required
- Experienced with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
- Computer/tech\-savvy – ability to learn new software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office software, sch as Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles is a plus
- Familiarity with financial systems and softwares is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
