Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and directing them appropriately
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, including document proofreading and organization
  • Handle calendar management for staff, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders efficiently
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, ordering materials.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial recordkeeping
  • Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing email communications
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing customer support
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar tools is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy
