Duties
- Manage and respond to incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documents both physically and electronically
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations in a timely manner
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and manage inventory levels
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and data entry software
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
