We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations. Duties

  • Manage and respond to incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
  • Organise and maintain files, records, and documents both physically and electronically
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations in a timely manner
  • Support invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and manage inventory levels
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Skills

  • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and data entry software
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
