ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Coordinator who will provide balanced support to offsite Technicians shipping damaged parts and the inventory control team. The Reverse Logistics Coordinator is an internal\-customer facing role that will ensure timely execution of product returns, and identify trends in Field returns and implement corrective, innovative actions.### Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify trends in Field Service Engineer used modules.
- Identify potential issues and build corrective programs and procedures with Field and Warehouse management input.
- Focus on cost reduction activities, programs, and procedures for field and warehouse teams.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to our products and their applicability to reverse logistics and refurbishment.
- Drive reporting and action from Field Service Management supporting KPI’s and improvement actions.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies within Accounting, IT and Management processes and controls.
- Lead projects and initiatives to optimize return logistics for refurbishment processes reduce costs.
- Generate reports for management on reverse logistics activities, including return rates per SKU, turnaround time and cost analysis.
- Meet transactional completion deadlines in accordance with company accounting guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs, drive performance and cost management with Field and Dealer returns.
- Lead monthly and other meetings with Field Service management, Supply Chain management, Warehouse, etc.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3\+ years of experience in supply chain management or related roles
- Strong computer skills in the use of database systems, Excel Pivot Tables, look\-ups, Microsoft Office, and basic computer operating systems.
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
- Advanced data analysis and data visualization
- Understanding of the supply chain, common obstacles, and effective solutions
- Willingness to learn new tools than manipulate, analyze, and visualize data.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment decision making skills, with the ability to prioritize and to work under continual deadline pressure.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proven ability to be successful in cross\-functional teams.
- Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
- Data entry, time management, critical thinking, and leadership.
- Ability to learn company ERP software application, knowledge of JDE/OFSC a plus
- Highly self\-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Exercises diligence in completing work activities with the willingness to work extra hours if needed.
- Proficiency in Oracle JDE 9\.2 is desired.
