- Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations.
- Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record keeping and communication.
- Support office management tasks including calendar management, supply ordering, and organization of files.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and maintaining positive interactions at all times.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and staff.
- Prior office experience or clerical background is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems.
- Capable of performing data entry with accuracy and speed; typing skills are important.
