  • Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations.
  • Utilize office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for record keeping and communication.
  • Support office management tasks including calendar management, supply ordering, and organization of files.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and maintaining positive interactions at all times.
  • Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and staff.
  • Prior office experience or clerical background is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems.
  • Capable of performing data entry with accuracy and speed; typing skills are important.
