Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Bilingual HR Assistant to support our human resources team in managing a wide range of HR functions. This role is ideal for a detail\-oriented individual with strong communication skills who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, Payroll and HRIS data management. Duties
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and manage HRIS systems
- Aid in benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation policies
- Contribute to employee evaluation processes, performance management, and training \& development initiatives
- Support compliance with employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning
- Assist with employee relations issues and conflict management efforts
- Assist with reviewing timecards and processing payroll
- Perform general administrative functions such as data collection, data entry, and document preparation
- Other duties as needed
- Proven experience or familiarity with human resources management functions including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Experience with data collection, reporting tools, and administrative tasks within HR environments
- Previous experience in administrative roles within human resources is desirable

Pay: $22\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
