Position Details Schedule: Saturday \& Sunday Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Location: Wheaton, Illinois Pay: High / Competitive Pay Rate Your Role You'll play an important role in helping your client remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home. Provide personalized in\-home senior care based on the client's individual needs. Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Safely perform transfers using a Hoyer Lift / mechanical lift. Provide mobility assistance, repositioning, and fall prevention. Assist with personal hygiene and incontinence care as needed. Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration. Provide companionship and respectful one\-on\-one support. Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to client care. Follow the client's individualized care plan and safety procedures. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. What You Need to Succeed Active CNA Certification required. Hands\-on Hoyer Lift experience required. Previous experience in home care, senior care, private duty care, or in\-home caregiving preferred. Comfortable providing hands\-on personal care and mobility assistance. Knowledge of safe transfer and fall\-prevention techniques. Compassionate, patient, dependable, and safety\-focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a client's home. Ability to pass a background check. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Driver's License. Current Auto Insurance. Reliable transportation.
