Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed. Respond to inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner. Support project tracking and follow\-up to ensure deadlines are met. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing. Utilize office software and communication tools to streamline administrative tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace). Excellent organizational and time\-management skills with strong attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Demonstrated problem\-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
