Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors to maintain high data quality standards. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure data processes align with company objectives. Generate and distribute reports as needed to support operational decision\-making. Adhere to company policies and data security protocols at all times. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management practices and tools. Qualifications \& Skills High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related virtual support role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
