Front Office Staff Caramia Wellness is seeking an outgoing, organized, and proactive individual to run our front office operations. This is a multifaceted role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a dynamic position. As the first point of contact for our clients, the front desk sets the tone for a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. Hours per Week: 19 Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM Rate: $20\-22/hour Job Responsibilities Client Management Serve as the first point of contact for all clients with professionalism and warmth. Manage scheduling, payments, and phone communications. Call clients to confirm appointments, address billing inquiries, and answer questions. Reach out to potential new clients to schedule discovery visits. Review and explain intake paperwork and forms with clients. Technology \& Platforms Good typing skills and familiar with using a desktop computer screen. Computer savvy and comfortable using applications for functions such as payments, scheduling and invoicing. Client Education Explain tests, treatments, waivers, and contracts clearly and confidently. Administrative Tasks Manage client charts, filing, reports, and data entry. Write handwritten thank\-you notes to clients and professional contacts (legible handwriting required). Problem Solving \& Communication Take ownership of front office operations and handle challenges proactively. Communicate clearly, assertively, and professionally with clients and team members. Communicate issues as needed, providing solution\-oriented input. Office Upkeep Perform light cleaning duties including dishes, dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and vacuuming. Ideal Candidate Personable, positive, and reliable. Detail\-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communicator with a customer\-service mindset.
