Design and recommend report formats and scopes that match leadership's needs, ensuring complex data is structured for high readability and maximum business impact. Maintain rigorous data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular reconciliations, ensuring the organization relies on flawless information for quality improvement initiatives. Empower and educate internal teams on how to access self\-service reporting tools and accurately interpret data, building a culture of data literacy across departments. Identify emerging data trends and proactively make recommendations to optimize healthcare delivery and operational quality. What You Will Need: Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
