Primary Responsibilities Support the Transmission/Fiber Land Acquisition team and Value Specialists with daily project activities. Research and retrieve property deeds, tax records, plats, zoning information, and ownership documentation. Create and maintain parcel records within the Land Information Management System (LIMS). Perform accurate and timely LIMS data entry and updates. Assist Acquisition Representatives with property rights documentation and project files. Upload required documentation into LIMS, including deeds, title reports, tax cards, plats, maps, communication notes, and supporting documents. Assist with preparation and maintenance of Offer Approval Spreadsheets for Fiber and other applicable projects. Support monthly accrual reporting and other project tracking requirements. Assist with mapping exhibits and parcel documentation. Maintain organized electronic files and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with Acquisition Representatives, Contract Coordinators, and Value Specialists to ensure project deadlines are met. Minimum Qualifications Qualified candidates should possess: General knowledge of title activities, property ownership research, tax records, tax maps, and deed research. Experience retrieving and reviewing property records, zoning information, and related public records. Working knowledge of property rights documentation and required signatures. Experience with data entry and database management, preferably within LIMS or similar land management software. General understanding of GIS or mapping software. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
