Responsibilities Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs, including retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning. Analyze clients’ financial data using spreadsheets and financial software to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation. Advise clients on investment options, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative assets, ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Conduct financial model development to project future earnings, savings growth, and risk scenarios. Assist clients with mergers \& acquisitions by providing valuation insights and strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and stay updated on industry\-specific financial regulations. Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients through presentations and written reports, fostering trust and understanding. Collaborate with internal teams on project management initiatives related to client portfolios or new financial products. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation in accordance with financial regulatory standards. Skills Strong analysis skills to interpret financial data accurately and identify actionable insights. Expertise in financial model development and scenario analysis for strategic planning. Knowledge of accounting principles, tax accounting practices, and auditing processes. Familiarity with financial software platforms used for portfolio management and compliance tracking. Deep understanding of industry knowledge of financial regulations such as GAAP and other relevant standards. Excellent client communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build lasting relationships.
