Overview We are seeking a reliable individual for a permanent part\-time position with flexible scheduling. Additional hours will be required during our busy season in October, November, and December. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities, coordinating communications, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate multi\-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take detailed messages Maintain organized filing systems, manage data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record\-keeping using digital tools such as Microsoft Office Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports with attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting clients or visitors with professionalism and courtesy Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably in a receptionist or secretary capacity Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus but not required Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining focus on detail Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
