Your Mission Your responsibility is to ensure every patient receives an exceptional five\-star experience while confidently guiding them through their treatment options and helping them achieve the best possible outcomes. You will become the bridge between our providers and our patients by educating patients on available services, coordinating care, discussing treatment recommendations, and helping patients move forward with confidence. You will play a major role in helping grow both our medical practice and expanding medical aesthetics division. What You'll DoLuxury Patient Experience Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism Create a five\-star concierge experience from arrival through checkout Build long\-term relationships with patients Anticipate patient needs before they ask Resolve concerns professionally and confidently Ensure every patient leaves excited to return Treatment Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and coordinating care plans aligned with their goals and provider recommendations. Your success will be measured not only by exceptional patient service but also by your ability to help patients move forward with recommended care. Responsibilities include: Present treatment plans confidently Recommend packages and memberships Introduce additional services that may benefit patients Educate patients on products sold in the office Follow up with patients who have not started care Help improve treatment acceptance Help increase patient retention Help maximize provider schedules Participate in promotional events and practice growth initiatives Front Office Support Our Virtual Medical Assistants (VMAs) handle most scheduling, check\-in, check\-out, and administrative responsibilities remotely.
