Our work environment includes: Modern office setting \Job Overview\ We are seeking dedicated Receptionist and Administrative assistant to join our team. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support to ensure efficient day\-to\-day office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced oilfield environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors entering the office. Process, pull, and organize customer work orders and service tickets. Scan, file, and electronically maintain office documents and records. Prepare, send, and receive emails regarding customer orders, invoices, and job status. Enter and update information accurately in company computer systems. Maintain inventory records for office supplies, parts, and field materials. Assist with ordering and replenishing inventory as needed. Coordinate communication between office staff, field personnel, vendors, and customers. Prepare invoices, purchase orders, delivery tickets, and other administrative documents. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper. Assist with scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service calls. Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor office equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs when necessary. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package shipments. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Support management with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the oilfield or industrial services industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12\.00 \- $15\.00 per hour Experience: Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
