Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff and executives Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy Coordinate office supplies procurement and manage inventory levels to keep the office well\-stocked Support office management tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software preferred Excellent typing speed and computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Knowledge of clerical procedures including filing, proofreading, and data entry Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and front desk experience Join us in creating an efficient, welcoming office environment where your organizational talents can shine!
