Practice Manager – Multi\-Specialty Medical Practice (Neurology, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Aesthetics) Pay: $36–$39 per hour DOE Job Type: Full\-Time Location: San Jose, CA About Us We are a growing healthcare practice specializing in Neurology, Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, and Aesthetic Services. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, improve efficiency, and support the continued growth of the practice. Responsibilities Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of a multi\-specialty healthcare practice Manage, train, coach, and supervise front desk, medical assistants, administrative staff, and virtual team members Recruit, onboard, and evaluate employees while maintaining accountability and performance standards Ensure efficient scheduling, patient flow, and provider utilization Develop and improve office systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures Serve as the primary liaison with the practice's third\-party billing company Monitor billing performance, collections, authorizations, accounts receivable, and patient balances Address patient concerns and ensure an exceptional patient experience Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including scheduling efficiency, collections, patient retention, and practice growth Generate operational reports and provide recommendations to ownership QualificationsRequired Minimum 4 years of medical practice management experience Experience supervising employees in a healthcare setting Strong understanding of medical office operations, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing workflows Experience working with EMR systems Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast\-paced environment Preferred Experience in Neurology, Chiropractic, Physical Medicine, Pain Management, Rehabilitation, Wellness, Med Spa, or Aesthetic practices Experience managing multi\-provider practices Experience overseeing third\-party billing companies Experience implementing KPIs and operational performance tracking Compensation \& Benefits $36–$39 per hour DOE Performance\-based bonus opportunities Professional growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Application Requirements Please include a brief summary of: Your medical practice management experience The number of employees you have directly supervised Your experience with billing oversight and revenue cycle management The largest medical practice you have managed Pay: $36\.00 \- $39\.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s): How many employees have you directly supervised?
