We are building a large\-scale mobile detailing operation with: Expanding service areas across NC \& SC Full\-time virtual assistant teams handling customer support and scheduling Structured systems and SOPs Growth opportunities into leadership and management roles Profit\-sharing opportunities for top performers as the company scales We are looking for technicians who want long\-term opportunity, not just temporary work. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Interior and exterior detailing Shampooing and steam cleaning Paint enhancement Wax applications Pet hair removal Mobile detailing at customer homes, apartments, offices, etc. Upselling additional services when needed Providing high\-level customer service We need technicians who understand that quality and customer experience matter. PAY STRUCTURE This is a 1099 subcontractor position. Technicians are paid percentage\-based compensation per job. Top technicians currently have the opportunity to make: $1,500–$2,000\+ per week Additional upsell commissions Bonus opportunities Future leadership opportunities Reliable technicians who can sell, communicate well, and consistently perform quality work will always make the most money here. EQUIPMENT PROGRAM We provide a full professional detailing setup valued around $1,384 for technicians who need equipment. Equipment payoff is structured over approximately 4–8 weeks depending on workflow and weather conditions. Technicians may also use their own equipment if already fully equipped.
