Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and ensure smooth administrative flow throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office Answer phone promptly with professional phone etiquette, directing calls or taking messages as needed Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using scheduling software Handle data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating client or patient information in various systems Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.. Check Boutique clients out and keep retail inventory organized and clean. Assist with office management tasks to ensure a clean, organized workspace that promotes productivity and efficiency Clean office space and do laundry for the facility providers Requirements Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in multi tasking and use of computers Experience answering phones and excellent phone etiquette skills Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately with good typing speed Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles in medical or dental settings is a plus Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Technical proficiency in office management tools including calendar management software Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will shine!
