Duties Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision using tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Provide executive administrative support through email management, document proofreading, transcription, and data entry to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Organize and plan events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics coordination and vendor communication. Handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multi\-line phone systems and facilitating clear communication between executives and internal or external stakeholders. Maintain office organization through filing systems, document management, and office supply oversight using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Support bookkeeping activities utilizing QuickBooks for expense tracking and basic financial record keeping. Collaborate effectively with C\-suite executives by assisting with project coordination, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met. Utilize video conferencing software for virtual meetings, ensuring seamless connectivity and technical support as needed. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, front desk responsibilities, data entry, and managing office correspondence to uphold a professional environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with demonstrated office management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting. Excellent typing speed combined with proficiency in productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Outlook. Technical proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), DocuSign for electronic signatures, and multi\-line phone systems. Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy through proofreading and transcription tasks. * Office experience that includes data entry, filing systems, clerical support, and front desk duties.
