Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — In\-Home Support for a Couple ============================================================================= Company: It’s Your Home Care Location: Hershey, PA Schedule: 50 hours/week total (split 25 hrs/week per individual) Pay: $10–$14 per hour, DOE Start: ASAP About the role Join our team to support a kind, private, and very respectful couple in their home. They’ve recently experienced hardship and value reliability, compassion, and discretion. Your care helps each person remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Key responsibilities Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, safe transfers Light housekeeping for shared living areas; basic cooking/meal prep and hydration support Medication reminders (no med administration) Companionship and engagement (conversation, short walks, hobbies) Transportation/errands (appointments, groceries, pharmacy) Follow the care plan and promptly communicate changes to the office Must\-haves Reliable personal car \+ valid driver’s license (active auto insurance) Respect for privacy and religious/cultural practices; professional discretion at all times Eligibility to work in the U.S.; able to pass background checks Dependable, punctual, and good communication skills Equal Opportunity It’s Your Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
