Part\-Time Medical Scribe / Transcriptionist – Pediatric Orthopedic Office \\THIS IS AN IN\-PERSON POSITION \- NOT REMOTE A busy pediatric orthopedic practice is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Medical Scribe/Transcriptionist to join our care team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for providers Verify patient information and review all documentation for accuracy and compliance Accompany providers into exam rooms during patient visits to capture real\-time notes Maintain organized, thorough, and confidential medical records Qualifications: Familiarity with medical terminology Ability to type 60\+ words per minute Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Preferred: at least one year of relevant scribe/transcription experience or current students preparing to apply to medical or health\-related programs High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to work in person If you are motivated, professional, and interested in gaining valuable clinical experience in a fast\-paced pediatric specialty setting, we encourage you to apply.
