Job Description: We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Abys Home Services, a leading provider of behavior analysis services. This role is crucial in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring the efficient delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting individuals with behavioral needs. Responsibilities: Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinating with behavior analysts. Manage client intake processes, including gathering necessary paperwork and insurance information. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Human Resources documentation Collection and maintenance. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and efficiently. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as schools and healthcare providers, to facilitate client care. Assist with office maintenance and supplies inventory management. Provide administrative support to behavior analysts and other team members as required. Requirements: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting. Familiarity with behavior analysis principles and terminology is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassion and empathy in interactions with clients and their families. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
