Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using various digital tools. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records. Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using software like QuickBooks. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are accessible and presentable. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues courteously, and offering assistance as needed. Skills Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Effective phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems in a professional setting. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs smoothly. Strong clerical skills such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. Knowledge of office management procedures including calendar management and personal assistant tasks. Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial recordkeeping is a plus.
