Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team! Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain a clean, organized front desk area to ensure a professional appearance Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills and office management software Perform bookkeeping functions including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts using QuickBooks or similar software Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office activities efficiently File documents systematically, proofread correspondence for accuracy, and support administrative tasks as needed Skills Proven experience in front desk or reception roles with strong phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and basic accounting principles Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus to support overall office efficiency Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere while ensuring our administrative operations run seamlessly!
