This position is ideal for an early\-career professional seeking hands\-on experience in a legal environment, with opportunities for growth, more hours, and increased responsibility over time. Schedule \- Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and organized front\-desk experience. Answer calls and emails with patience, professionalism, and sensitivity. Screen and route incoming telephone calls using a multi\-line phone system and accurately log call details when required. Schedule clients. Receive, scan, and file incoming mail, faxes, and electronic documents in accordance with firm procedures. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure accessibility and compliance in the database management system. Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, typing correspondence, and mail distribution. E\-file in Delaware Courts. Monitor and maintain office supplies; coordinate reordering and vendor service calls. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support professional. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Gmail for Business. Strong communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast\-paced office. Experience with data entry and document filing systems. Ability to pass filing and Microsoft Word skills assessments. Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems and standard office equipment. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher.
