Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk or via multi\-line phone systems, ensuring a welcoming environment. Handle customer inquiries with clarity and patience, providing accurate information about products, services, or appointments. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Perform data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating customer information in databases such as QuickBooks or other office management software. Support administrative duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area, and supporting clerical functions. Provide bilingual support when needed to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multi\-line phone systems to ensure all calls are directed appropriately. Support team members with personal assistant tasks like calendar management and scheduling meetings. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues on various projects and customer support initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or office administration; previous roles as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or personal assistant are highly valued. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in busy environments. Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi\-line phone systems. Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management is essential. Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices is highly desirable. Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
