Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory management, customer order fulfillment, logistics, ERP administration, and operational processes to ensure efficient and compliant business operations. This position works closely with management, suppliers, customers, manufacturing partners, warehouses, and internal departments to support growth and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Procurement \& Supply Chain Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system. Set up and onboard suppliers. Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, and customer demand to recommend purchasing requirements. Coordinate procurement activities to support production schedules and customer orders. Work with approved suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability. Coordinate domestic and international freight and logistics activities. Support relationships with third\-party manufacturing and toll manufacturing partners. Develop and improve procurement and supply chain processes. Inventory \& Warehouse Management Establish and maintain product and SKU records within the ERP system. Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations. Coordinate inventory transfers and replenishment activities. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory management. Review inventory trends and proactively address shortages or excess inventory situations. Assist in evaluating and managing third\-party warehouse relationships. Customer \& Sales Order Management Set up customer and supplier accounts within the ERP system. Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery. Monitor order status, inventory availability, and production schedules. Communicate proactively regarding order status and potential delays. Coordinate shipment confirmations and delivery communications. Support billing and order closeout activities. Ensure ERP records remain accurate and up to date. Finance Support Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable support activities. Review aging reports and assist with collection efforts. Analyze operational and financial data using ERP and reporting tools. Support process improvements related to billing, collections, purchasing, and vendor management. Process Improvement \& Quality Systems Assist with ISO quality management system implementation and maintenance. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support document control and quality system requirements. Assist with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and quality documentation. Track customer complaints and support corrective action activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Sales \& Customer Support Serve as an operational resource for the sales team. Provide information regarding pricing history, inventory availability, and order status. Support communication between sales, operations, accounting, manufacturing, and customers. Help ensure customers receive timely and accurate information. Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Ability to create structure, processes, and efficiencies within a growing organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field. Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations. Experience supporting manufacturing operations. Experience with ISO quality systems. Experience working in a start\-up or rapidly growing company environment. The ability to bring organization and structure to complex situations. Initial Training At our Company's expense, training for up to two weeks in Los Angeles, California. Work Environment Hybrid position consisting of work performed from a home office and the Company's office in Reading, Pennsylvania. Work is performed in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, computers, telephones, and video conferencing systems. Occasional travel may be required. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, and demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities of the role.
