Gold Standard Heating \& Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced dispatcher/customer operations coordinator for our growing HVAC company serving the San Antonio and New Braunfels area. This is a full\-time, in\-office, Monday–Friday role with periodic weekend standby during busy season. This is not a remote job, side gig, or casual part\-time position. We are looking for someone who has successfully worked in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another residential service trade and understands how fast\-moving field service operations work. The right candidate must be organized, customer\-focused, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate with technicians, customers, and ownership without constant hand\-holding. This role reports directly to ownership and works closely with our experienced lead technician. You will help manage the daily schedule, customer communication, job follow\-up, quote follow\-up, CRM documentation, seasonal campaigns, and customer escalations. This is a small, growing company with a startup feel. That means we need someone who can bring structure, follow\-through, and professionalism daily. What You’ll Do / What We Require Dispatch and schedule technicians based on urgency, location, skillset, and availability. Answer customer calls, texts, emails, and service requests professionally. Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, delays, complaints, or scheduling issues. Maintain accurate notes, job updates, follow\-up tasks, and customer communication logs. Follow up on open quotes, unsold estimates, maintenance opportunities, and past customer communication. Support seasonal reminders, marketing campaigns, review requests, and customer reactivation efforts. Communicate clearly with ownership and the lead technician on daily priorities and customer issues. Use CRM, dispatching, or field service platforms to manage scheduling, communication, follow\-ups, and records. Prior experience with platforms such as Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, ServiceM8, Housecall Pro, or similar systems is strongly preferred. Must have prior experience in HVAC or home services oriented work like plumbing, electrical etc. Must be willing to work in office Monday–Friday. Must be available for periodic weekend standby during busy season. Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
