Job Overview Taylor Property Management is a locally owned small business specializing in condominium and residential management in Carrabassett Valley. We provide full\-service property management including maintenance coordination, snow removal, groundskeeping, fiscal management, and small carpentry services. We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for both motivated entry\-level candidates looking to build administrative experience and experienced professionals seeking a flexible, year\-round role in a supportive, team\-oriented environment. You will work closely with the Owner and Administrative Assistant, receiving hands\-on training and opportunities to expand your skills while contributing to the daily operations of the business. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and professional assistance Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist walk\-in customers Intake and track maintenance requests and work orders Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail Perform data entry, filing, and general office organization Create and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently Support day\-to\-day office operations and special projects Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude Excellent phone etiquette, strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Previous clerical, bookkeeping or administrative experience is a plus Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast\-paced setting What We Offer Flexible scheduling (15–35 hours per week) Competitive Pay based on experience 401K Match Year\-round stable employment Paid training and ongoing learning opportunities Supportive team environment with hands\-on training Employee discounts on vacation rental stays (including hot tubs) Opportunity for growth within the company Join us as an Office Assistant to help create a welcoming environment while supporting the community we service.
