Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations while managing essential bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to support our team and clients effectively. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette. Handle all clerical duties such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for staff or clients, ensuring efficient time management. Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to process invoices, track expenses, and maintain financial records accurately. Support administrative functions such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and assisting with personal assistant tasks when needed. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance or repairs to ensure a productive work environment. Provide support for medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check\-in/out and appointment scheduling. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems professionally. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy. Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, calendar management, and time management techniques. Previous clerical experience in a medical or dental setting is advantageous but not required.
