Job Summary We are seeking a detail\-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, exceptional typing skills, and a keen eye for accuracy. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring all information is precise and accessible. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient office operations and support overall organizational success. Duties Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems using software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross\-referencing with source documents. Manage filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information. Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities. Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer service and support to clients or internal teams. Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to maintain financial records. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to data protection policies. Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning documents, and organizing files to streamline office workflows. Requirements Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer skills. Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client or customer interactions. Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and phone etiquette. Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
