Job Description =================== The Waters Advanced Diagnostics Molecular Women’s Health Business Development Leader is responsible for driving new market development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth by identifying and executing high\-impact commercial opportunities. This role focuses on expanding into new channels, partnerships, and customer segments, building scalable pathways for long\-term growth. Acting as a strategic growth driver, this position partners across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop new business models, activate new partnerships, and accelerate adoption of Waters Advanced Diagnostics at\-home and diagnostic solutions. Key Responsibilities New Market Development \& Expansion Identify, assess, and prioritize new markets, customer segments, and commercial opportunities to expand the Waters Advanced Diagnostics Molecular Women’s Health footprint. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover untapped growth opportunities Develop and execute entry strategies for emerging channels (telehealth, retail health, end to end marketplaces) New Business Creation \& Customer Acquisition Drive net new business opportunities by building and executing targeted acquisition strategies Lead the development and execution of customer contracts to generate incremental revenue Own the end\-to\-end business development lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure Strategic Partnerships Development Establish and grow strategic partnerships across healthcare ecosystems, including telehealth, retail health, and distribution partners.
