We guide clients through phased programs designed to reset their metabolic health, improve nutrition habits, build sustainable training routines, and eventually give them the education and confidence to maintain results for life. We are not a “just be consistent” coaching company. We coach with empathy, but we also coach with standards. About the Role We’re hiring a results\-driven online fitness and nutrition coach who is passionate about transformation, client leadership, and building something bigger than themselves. This role is for someone who can meet clients where they are while still helping them rise to the standard required for change. Many clients come to us stuck because they’ve been moving at their own pace for years. Our job is not to shame them, but it is to lead them. That means you must be able to have honest conversations, challenge limiting beliefs, identify patterns, and hold clients accountable in a way that is kind, clear, and direct. We are looking for a coach who understands online coaching at a high level, ideally from both the coach side and the client side. Experience being coached in an online fitness or nutrition program is strongly preferred because we want someone who understands what the client experience actually feels like. What You’ll Get as a BIA Coach 100% remote position Marketing and sales support so you can focus on coaching Admin support for backend and operational tasks Access to the BIA mobile app for programming, communication, and tracking Reimbursement opportunities for continuing education and certifications A collaborative, growth\-oriented coaching team Per\-client pay structure with high earning potential Performance\-based incentives Clear growth opportunities as the company expands Who This Is Perfect For This role is ideal for a coach who: Has experience being coached in the online fitness/nutrition space Understands the client journey from the inside, not just from theory Has experience coaching women through fat loss, body composition, strength training, and lifestyle change Is comfortable with phased coaching approaches such as reset phases, reverse dieting, maintenance, muscle\-building, and long\-term transformation Understands bodybuilding\-style nutrition and training principles, even if they have not personally competed Has competed in bodybuilding, bikini, wellness, figure, or a related physique sport, or has coached clients through similar phases Can be empathetic without enabling clients Is willing to have hard conversations with kindness and clarity Can challenge mindset patterns, excuses, and behaviors that keep clients stuck Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do Thrives in a fast\-paced, mission\-driven environment Is coachable, collaborative, resourceful, and proactive Wants to grow inside a company, not just collect clients Who This Is Not For This role is not for someone who: Only wants to cheerlead clients without challenging them Avoids hard conversations Tells clients what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear Believes “meeting clients where they are” means letting them stay there Struggles with direct communication Needs constant direction to take action Is uncomfortable with structured systems, KPIs, and company standards Has no real understanding of online coaching, client communication, or long\-term transformation phases Key Responsibilities Manage client progress through BIA’s online systems and platforms Provide high\-level 1:1 coaching support through messaging, check\-ins, and client communication Support clients through fat loss, maintenance, reverse dieting, muscle\-building, and lifestyle phases Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify client patterns and coach through obstacles with honesty and care Hold clients accountable to the standards of the program Support fellow coaches with client challenges when needed Attend weekly team meetings Contribute to client\-facing educational content when needed Meet company KPIs and uphold BIA’s culture, standards, and coaching expectations Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction Requirements Certified Personal Trainer certification required Nutrition Level 1 certification or equivalent experience required Experience with online coaching required Experience being coached in an online fitness/nutrition program strongly preferred Experience coaching women strongly preferred Understanding of phased nutrition and training strategies required Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in nutrition, exercise science, physiology, biology, or a related field a plus Must be available for weekly team meetings Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative team environment Our Core Values Unyielding Passion We show up with enduring enthusiasm and commitment, even when it is hard.
