Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Data and Record Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Input data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with precision and speed Maintain and update records by verifying information accuracy and completeness Organize physical and electronic files through systematic filing methods to ensure easy retrieval Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring consistency and reliability Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, spreadsheets, and perform basic data analysis Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions Support transcription tasks by converting audio or handwritten notes into digital formats Conduct routine data audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry workflows and improve overall efficiency Skills Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and office software applications Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry and transcription tasks Knowledge of basic math principles for data verification and calculations Prior clerical or administrative experience, including filing and record keeping Familiarity with data collection techniques and organizational skills for managing large volumes of information Ability to operate pivot tables for data analysis within Excel Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively Experience in order entry processes and office administration is preferred Join us in this engaging role where your meticulous work ensures our data remains reliable and accessible.
