We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant, MCOMH Priority Services to join our team of nearly 500 employees. The Administrative Assistant is assigned to work on behalf of CCSI’s customer and will supports the day\-to\-day operations and clerical support needs of the Monroe County Office of Mental Health Children’s SPOA and Adult SPOA teams. CCSI is partnering with Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH) to hire an Administrative Assistant, MCOMH Priority Services. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Monroe County Office of Mental Health (MCOMH). In this role, you will Take and disseminate minutes from team meetings and other meetings as assigned Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, coordinate catering, and prepare meeting space Maintain awareness of MCOMH staff schedules and conference room availability Provide administrative support for meetings and trainings, including preparation of materials and meeting logistics Distribute mail for staff Process payment request forms and follow coding procedure Maintain awareness of copier/fax/printer supplies and troubleshooting processes Order general office supplies, training supplies, and flex fund requests (this falls under Courtney’s job description and is part of her .1 allocation under C\&Y already) Create/write miscellaneous documents and correspondence (mailings, copying, faxing, etc.) Prepares, formats, and maintains reports, including the monthly Care Management share file list Maintain electronic and paper files Perform data entry, entering and extracting data, in Salesforce and other platforms Complete data quality assurance and clean up, for example, for missing data or duplicates, and entering enrollments and discharges Compile and organize referral documents to submit to manager for review Monitor and resolve incomplete referrals to complete pending referrals Monitor fax inbox and routed documents to the appropriate personnel Edit and update documents such as referral forms and brochures Perform other related duties as assigned. What you bring High school diploma/GED or Degree, minimum of two years of experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity or equivalent education and work experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart). Experience with Windows based operating system (Word processing, spreadsheet and database software). Required for this position are: Ability to function with a minimum of supervision High quality telephone skills High level of interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multi\-task and balance competing priorities Dependable and reliable Ability to work as part of a team Ability to recognize need for confidentiality of information Preference for CPR and First Aid Certification Respect the confidential nature of all CCSI and CCSI customer information you are exposed to in the course of your work performance.
