2026 Executive Assistant Account Manager PT Remote 053026 TX Executive Assistant Employee Benefits Account Manager Part\-Time · Based in Texas preferably Williamson County · Remote with occasional opportunity to assist in person at presentations, meetings, trade shows \& conferences. · Excellent communication skills in all forms, verbal and in writing. · Good listener, clear speaker, concise and to the point. · Life \& Health Insurance license required. · Property \& Casualty Insurance License a plus. · Manage group client customer service as needed. · Adaptable to expanding and contracting workload · Approx 10 hours per week to as much as 25 hours per week · Responsive to client service issues on a timely basis with precision and accuracy. · Economy of words is important to get right to the point, achieving solid communication clearly understood by all parties. · Ability to engage without fear via telephone email, text, website, benefit admin platforms. · Monitor updates via Employee Navigator, take action on a timely basis to ensure accurate enrollments, eligibility changes, terminations, etc. · Coordinate Scheduling and Communications for Open Enrollment. · Create Benefits Booklets and Marketing Flyers. · Facilitate communication between employers, employees and benefits vendors/carriers. · Report work activity and hours daily during the initial 10\-day trial period. Subject to change after proving solid reliability. · Proven experience supporting benefits administration and/or employee benefit solutions. · Strong knowledge and Hands\-on experience with employee benefits management. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and explain complex benefit concepts clearly. Compensation · Negotiable based on experience, talent, aptitude, professionalism and willingness to work. · Bonuses for achieving measurable results.
