RN Director of Care Success - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Operations with a current Virginia RN license to join our team on a part\-time basis. This role is ideal for an RN with a strong background in care managenment, health services administration and/or supervisory experience within home health care or related healthcare programs. The Director will lead our clinical team of Virginia licensed CNAs in delivering top\-tier care to clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff budgets, and offering compassionate, concierge\-level support. Key Responsibilities: Leadership \& Compliance: Oversee nursing operations, including staff hiring and evaluations, with a focus on regulatory compliance, ensuring all care services meet the highest standards. Client Communication: Engage directly with clients/medical team to discuss care plan development, care plan execution and review. Mentorship: Train and mentor team members, setting a high standard of VIP\-level care for every client interaction. Client \& Family Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, providing consistent support and communication. On\-Call Duties: Be available for on\-call support and some weekend work as needed. Field Visits: Travel to client homes (65% travel expectation) within Northern Virginia, providing hands\-on oversight of care delivery. Qualifications: Virginia Licensed RN: Current Virginia RN license with at least five years of nursing experience. Administrative \& Supervisory Experience: Minimum of one (1\) year in the past five years in a supervisory or administrative role within home health care or a similar healthcare program. Regulatory \& Budgeting Experience: Comfortable with regulatory compliance and client budget discussions. Memory Care Experience: Experience in Assisted Living Memory Care Unit is a plus. Additional Requirements: Valid Driver’s License: Reliable personal transportation, automobile insurance, and the ability to travel to client homes. Health Clearances: Current TB Test (within the last 2 years), COVID\-19 vaccination, and CPR/First Aid Certification.
