Job Title: Office \& Operations Manager (W\-2 Employee, Part\-Time, On\-Site) Location: Las Vegas, Nevada – On\-site only Job Type: Part\-Time (Approximately 10 hours per week – around 2 hours daily) About Us We are Enoylity Media Creations LLC, a tech\-focused YouTube and media company specializing in unboxing, reviewing, and demonstrating gadgets for U.S. audiences. We have an office and studio in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office \& Operations Manager to support our day\-to\-day studio operations. About the Role You will be responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day studio and office operations in Las Vegas and ensuring the local team is organized, supported, and running smoothly. You will coordinate closely with our remote leadership team and local production staff to keep operations efficient and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, trustworthy, comfortable managing people, and able to handle operational responsibilities independently. This is a part\-time W\-2 employee position (not a contractor role). What You Will Do Manage day\-to\-day studio and office operations in Las Vegas Coordinate with the production team regarding daily shoot requirements, schedules, and operational needs Ensure the studio remains organized, functional, and ready for daily production activities Track and verify daily employee attendance, punch\-in/punch\-out records, and maintain attendance records accurately Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth daily workflow between operations and production Receive packages, deliveries, or equipment shipments at the studio when needed Take photos of received packages/equipment and share updates in company groups Support the team with operational requirements related to YouTube production and studio work Motivate and coordinate local team members to maintain productivity and accountability Assist with basic HR/admin responsibilities including scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews when required Maintain reports, records, and regular communication with leadership through email, WhatsApp, and Zoom Handle general office administration and operational tasks required for smooth daily functioning Who You Are You currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada Trustworthy, dependable, and professional Organized and detail\-oriented Comfortable managing a team and coordinating across departments Strong communicator and comfortable working independently Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, Zoom, and online tools Proactive and able to take ownership of operations Comfortable working in a studio/production environment Interest in tech, gadgets, or YouTube content is a plus Required Skills \& Experience Legally authorized to work in the United States Based in Las Vegas and able to commute locally Experience in operations, administration, office management, HR, production coordination, or team management preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage tasks independently without supervision Strong organizational and coordination skills Comfortable handling confidential information professionally Compensation Base Pay: $650 per month KPI Bonus: Up to $150 per month Total Approx Compensation: $600\-800 per month (Approx. $15 /hour depending on KPI performance) Work Hours Approximately 10hours per week (around 2 hours per working day).
