Growing Residential \& Commercial Restoration Services Company is seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented remote Office Assistant to provide dependable administrative support to CEO, clients, staff, subcontractors and general operations. \Starting Full\-Time: 40 Hours per Week (Mon–Fri). This is a fully remote position that requires exceptional communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities: Work effectively in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism and promptness. Prepare invoices, quotes, and reports accurately and on time. Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines with consistency and organization. Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation. Requirements: Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to follow\-through. Clear, fluent English\-speaking skills (verbal and written). Reliable high\-speed, stable internet connection. \Take speed test and share a link to the results: https://www.speedtest.net/ Quiet, dedicated home office environment. Quality headset with microphone for clear phone call audio. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Proficiency with common office software (Google Suite: Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.). Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM preferred. Windows 11 Operating System (Sorry no Macs) with Google Chrome Tasks include but are not limited to: Answering customer sales \& support calls, emails and text messages Scheduling calendar appointments Processing invoices or payments Maintaining records and files Coordinating vendor orders and logistics Schedule: Monday–Friday Full\-time: 40 hours/week to start 9am\-5pm EST If you are dependable, organized, and committed to delivering quality work, and have a smile and dial attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
