Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and motivation. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, pricing, and POS (Point of Sale) systems. Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding to build a high\-performing team. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage customer service standards by ensuring excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and personalized shopping experiences. Supervise shift management, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate marketing initiatives and merchandising efforts to maximize store visibility and sales potential. Provide leadership in training \& development programs to enhance team skills in retail math, retail management, and sales techniques. Oversee purchasing decisions and inventory management to optimize stock levels while minimizing shrinkage. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and leadership. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales management or assistant manager roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Demonstrated expertise in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training \& development, and team management. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and retail math principles. Experience in supervising retail operations including cashiering, stock stocking, merchandising, pricing strategies, and shift management. Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. Skilled in marketing strategies related to wireless sales or grocery store environments is a plus. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities such as budgeting, purchasing decisions, and administrative tasks. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; experience in assistant manager roles or supervisory positions is preferred.
