Private Practice Psychology Office A busy and growing private psychology practice is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive office assistant to provide administrative and support to a licensed clinical psychologist. This position is ideal for someone who is highly professional, detail\-oriented, adaptable, and able to help manage both office operations and tasks with discretion and efficiency. Position Overview The office assistant will help ensure the smooth day\-to\-day operation of the practice while also assisting with scheduling, organization, communications, and occasional tasks for the practice owner. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, tech\-savvy, compassionate, and able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
