Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for various administrative projects Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone/email Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and data entry tools Experience with multi\-line phone systems, Customer service etiquette Familiarity with office management procedures such as filing systems, calendar coordination, and time management techniques Strong typing skills with high accuracy; ability to proofread documents thoroughly Join us as an Office Assistant and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
