- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 \- 4 years of administrative, project coordination, or related professional
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volume

Job Summary
This position provides high\-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the faculty affairs/employee services team within the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the Kellogg Eye Center. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, discretion with highly confidential information, and the ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities in a fast\-paced academic medical environment. The Administrative Project Coordinator serves as a key operational team partner working together to support all we serve.

Background Screening
