- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Coordinate various projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring timely completion through effective communication and organization.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including email management, document proofreading, transcription, and data entry to streamline daily workflows.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally across multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with event planning for meetings, conferences, or corporate functions by coordinating logistics and preparing materials as needed.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support basic financial recordkeeping and expense tracking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and office management tools such as DocuSign.
- Proven experience in executive administrative support or personal assistant roles with excellent calendar management capabilities.
- Skilled in project coordination, data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for proofreading and transcription tasks.
- Familiarity with office equipment including multi\-line phone systems, fax machines, scanners, and printers.
